Korean barbecue refers to the popular method in Korean cuisine of grilling meat, typically beef, pork, or chicken. Such dishes are often prepared on gas or charcoal grills right at the dining table. The most popular form of Korean BBQ is bulgogi, usually made from thinly sliced marinated beef sirloin or tenderloin. Another popular form is galbi, made from marinated beef short ribs. However, gogi-gu-i (Korean Barbecue) also includes many other kinds of marinated and unmarinated meat and vegetable dishes. Korean barbecue is popular in its home country, but has also gained popularity worldwide.
In our cooking class, you will learn how to prepare each meat, and in a smaller group prepare each dishes. At the end, we will grill all the meats on the dining table and share our gorgeous creation.
The course will last between 3 and 4 hours and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served through out the evening.
Come with an empty stomach and be prepared to grill the night away.
